Calling all officials:

Have you ever thought about being a stroke and turn judge? Being the one to start the race? Or how about running the entire meet as a head official?

If so- WE WANT YOU!

BBST is looking for new stroke and turn officials to help with the meets for 2020.

What do you have to do?

1.contact Tina Thibodeaux ([email protected] or 281-630-1225) and let her know you are interested.

2.In March, April or May take a few FREE classes and pass a test to become a stroke and turn judge.

1.you must start as a stroke and turn judge, the following year you can take additional FREE classes to become a starter and then move up from there each year.

3.Work a few home and away meets to fulfill your service hours.

Whats the benefit for you?

1.Always the best seat in the house to watch the meet.

2.Free lunch at the meets (home and away) that you work.

3.You fulfill your service hours quickly and easily.

4.Once you have completed your duties as an official, at the end of the season you will be reimbursed ($50 for stroke and turn, $75 for starter, $100 for head official).
