Hello Bears:

My name is Tina Thibodeaux and I was the chair for the By-Law committee that was created back in 2019 to update our By-Laws. The committee consisted of: myself, Brad Quindt, Irecka West, Kristin Rodriguez, and Mark Noir. Due to Covid, we were not able to hold an annual meeting last year to officially vote on these By-Laws to have them approved for the new season.  Therefore, I am sending each of you a copy of what we worked on so that you can look them over and then bring up any questions you may have at our mandatory parent meeting on April 22 at 7 pm.  During this meeting we will be voting to accept these By-Laws if approved by the members.
