April 23 - May 29 (Monday - Friday)

New 11-12 yrs transitioning to 50 yd events:

Summer Practice
June 1 - June 12 (Monday - Friday)
7-8s:
6 and under:

Invitational Practice Week
June 15 - June 19
This will be practice for swimmers who have qualified for Invitationals. Times TBD as we get closer.
Practice FAQs
Q: Where are practices?
A: At the Bear Branch pool.
Q: What should we bring to practice?
A: Swimmers should have a bathing suit (competition style is best), a cap, goggles, a towel, and shoes. Parents who are staying may want to bring a chair.
Q: Why do they keep parents outside the gate during practice?
A: The coaches and the swimmers need to have their attention dedicated to the practice. Parents can be unintentionally distracting.
Q: If it is raining, will we have practice?
A: Provided it is just raining and no thunder or lightning, there will most likely be practice. Please check social media or watch for emails regarding latest weather cancelations or updates.
